If you have a tech issue, please make sure to put in a repair ticket so the problem can be fixed as quickly as possible.

To enter a ticket:
  • Click on ITDirect
  • Enter in your school email (if you have used the system before it will already be entered in)
  • Enter your Building
  • The location of the issue
  • Room number of the issue
  • Select an category for the problem (this does not have to be exact)
  • For the problem description, please be as specific as possible, this will help to get the problem fixed quickly
    • If you are reporting multiple problems, please enter each as a separate trouble ticket
  • Enter the password which is srsd

Once entered, you will receive an email confirmation that your ticket has been submitted. Once action has been taken, you will receive a follow up email.

If you report an issue from an open lab, please put a note on the computer letting other staff members know that the problem has been reported.
